Lumary AH - This article explains how to identify and merge a duplicate client record.
Duplicate clients may be created when you don't wish to prevent the user from being blocked from an action during a client record creation or where records are updated after creation and then meet duplicate matching rules.
Where this happens, duplicate rules enacted and an alert is presented on the contact records identified as potential duplicates.
If services have been delivered against both the contacts, users can find themselves in a position where they are blocked from merging the contacts. Lumary AH's duplicate tool allows users to merge.
To set up or modify duplicate matching rules submit a support request.
