Lumary AH - The Lumary AH 9.0 release includes improvements for managing clinics and clinician interfaces.

This release includes improvements for managing and operating clinics, to clinician interfaces and tracking plan reviews.
Managing clinic changes include:
We have enhanced Site pages so site admins/customer service officers can better manage clinics, their clinicians and appointments and clients who receive services at the clinic.
- Site records upgraded to manage a clinic,
- new appointment calendar available on the site record,
- new right-click appointment actions to support clinics, and
- new ability to link assets to sites.

The release also includes several bug fixes and other changes.
Site records upgraded to manage a clinic
We have updated the site record to better enable management of an allied health clinic, we now provide a single record with the visibility of:
- Workers and their appointments who work out of the site
- Clients who receive services from therapist at the site
- Outstanding invoices generated at the site
- Assets linked to the site

New appointment calendar available on the site record
We have included the appointment calendar on a site record, to increase efficiencies for site admins and customer service officers. This calendar will provide you only workers that have this site as their primary or secondary site on their worker records.

New right-click appointment actions to support clinics
The appointment calendar on the site record now has new right-click actions to better support the operations of a clinic, including:
- Marking an appointment as "client arrived" - this updates on the workers My Day View and on the appointment calendar.
- No Show Cancellation - to indicate and bill for a no-show
- Generate Invoice - when the appointment is completed or cancelled and the SD's allow for on the spot invoicing (i.e are participant managed or for private services).

New ability to link assets to sites
You can now link assets to sites. A great feature especially for clinic rooms. When booking appointments at a site, you now have a toggle for only looking for assets at the given clinic to reduce scrolling and inefficient asset naming.
Upgraded Client Case List
We have made upgrades to the Clent Case List to provide more information about the client without having to navigate to the profile, to better support future improvements, and to provide flexibility to users to see the information they need for their roles. These Improvements include:
- A new layout for the case list,
- Improved navigation for the filters
- Corrected issues with numbers of clients and which clients are shown on the list
- New Customisable column that you can set yourself
- More information shown on hovering on a client to reduce clicks and time wasted navigating to other records.

Upgraded My Day View
Based on multiple users feedback during the survey we have made updates to the My Day View for clinicians.
- Calendars now open full-screen
- Task links now open appropriate list-view
- Appointments now show appointment colours and better navigation to telehealth links
- Draft Case Notes and Appointments without case notes - now display in popup rather than a report, keeping consistency and enabling quicker rectification.
- Client case list numbers - we have corrected issues with clients being shown, ensuring only clients that are active and only active associations are displayed
This includes updates to KPI calculations, which now use an overnight batch job to calculate past and future KPI calculations. System administrators can update the metrics used and shown in KPIs in Lumary AH Settings.

Upgraded Home Page
Based on feedback we have also made the following updates to the Home Page for clinicians:
- Task links now open appropriate list-view
- Client case list numbers - we have corrected issues with clients being shown, ensuring only clients that are active and only active associations are displayed.
New path added to plans to track end of plan review process
To better enable the end of plan review process, we have added a path on a goal attainment plan that enables quicker and easier updating of and visibility of the Plan Review Status. This ensures you maintain compliance and better enable the formal review process of a plan.

Appointment cancellations received new visualisations
To make it easier to understand which cancelled appointments need to be filled with other appointments or other tasks, cancelled appointment styling has been updated on the appointment calendars. Non-billable cancellations now adopt a new stripy styling to indicate they are non-billable and show that this time should be filled in the calendar. The hoever panel has also been updated with the reason for cancellation, so you no longer need to click into, and open the appointment to find this out.

New feature to obtain Service Agreement signatures on the mobile experience
Have you been wanting to capture the signature for a service agreement while you are with the client or their guardian? This is now available through the Lumary AH mobile experience. Simply navage to a client, open a "Quote Submitted" service agreement from the Service Agreement related list of the clients page, and a new "Sign" button is available to capture their signature on the phone.
New feature to update the telehealth call link on appointments
On an appointment we have added a quick action to the top of the page, when the appointment is a telehealth appointment, that allows you to quickly change the telehealth link on the appointment.
You can choose the following:
- Selecting another workers telehealth link on the appointment OR
- Enter a link manually
These updates can be done for:
- A single appointment,
- All the remaining appointments in a series.

Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release:
- Component error displayed when clicking an appointment - We have fixed the cause of the error which was displayed when the selected appointments related Session Type was inactive.
