This article explains the following features of the clinic calendar:
- Accessing the clinic (site) calendar and which workers are shown, and
- right click actions relevant for a clinic.
Accessing the clinic (site) calendar and which workers are shown
On a clinic page you can find a clinic specific calendar, this calendar will show all active workers that have this site as their Primary or Secondary site. This calendar will show those workers, grouped by their role, those workers availability and all appointments booked for those workers.
To find the site calendar:
- Navigate to a site record.
- Click the View/Add Appointments button on the left of the page
- To close the calendar click the Back to Site button on the top right of the page.
Right click actions relevant for a clinic
The site calendar functions the same as the other calendars in Lumary AH. Please see the following articles for general calendar functions and adding appointments.
Right clicking an appointment gives you quick access to actions, the following actions are relevant for operating a clinic
- Client Arrived - This marks the appointment that the client has arrived, which informs the therapist via their day view and on the appointment scheduler calendar
- Generate Invoice - This is available when the appointment has been completed, and will generate an invoice if the client is privately funded or self-manage their NDIS funding. Perfect for on-the-spot invoicing
- Cancel Appointment - Cancels the appointment
- No-Show Cancellation - Cancels the appointment as a No-Show
