Lumary AH - This article will provide the steps to find and upload your bank statement for a specific period, and begin the process of matching transactions to invoices.
This feature currently does not handle transactions from credit card payment gateways or refund transactions. These transactions should be ignored in the matching process and handled manually.
The process of performing Bank Reconciliation using Lumary is as follows:
- Downloading a CSV from your Bank Account:

- Navigate to the Bank Statement screen:
- Use the App Launcher to navigate to the Bank Statement tab.
- This screen will allow you to access previous uploads of the Bank Statement and upload a new bank statement.
- Uploading CSV:
- Click the Upload New Bank Statement button on the right.
- Choose the file downloaded from the bank.
- Click Next
- Mapping Columns from CSV to Lumary Statement Fields:
Select the corresponding fields from the system to map your statement CSV to:- Transaction Amount - Map to Debit and or Credit columns
- Transaction Description - Map to the Description column
- Transaction Reference - Map to the separate Reference column

Transaction Date - Map to the date of the Transaction column
Click Next
- The statement will now upload with the provided mapping.
- Click Done and the Bank Statement will be available in the Bank Statement list.
