Lumary AH - This article will describe the process for making a change to a transaction item and its related matches..
- Navigate to the Bank Statement
- Click the All Transactions tab, this is where you are presented with all the transactions.
- Click the Transaction ID number of the transaction you need to modify.
- You’ll now be navigated to the transaction Record Page, where you can perform the following actions:
Action Name | When action will show | Outcome |
Ignore Transaction | The related Bank Statement: Processing Status equals Complete, and Transaction Item: Ignore Transaction equals false |
Any Transaction Matching Items will be deleted, the Ignore Transaction field should update to true and the Ignore Reason field should update based on which is selected by the user |
Don’t Ignore Transaction | The related Bank Statement: Processing Status equals Complete, and Transaction Item: Ignore transaction equals true |
Ignore Transaction field should update to false, and the Ignore Reason field should update to null |
Change Debtor |
The Transaction Item: Processing Status equals Complete, and Transaction Item: Billing Account OR Billing Contact not equal to blank |
Users should be prompted to change the debtor, which should update the record accordingly, Matching Status should update to Unmatched, IF the transaction was Approved, this action should wipe the approval fields to null/false. Any prior Matching items should be deleted. |
Enable Matching Again | The Transaction Item: Matching Status equals Auto-Matched or Matched, and The related Bank Statement: Processing Status equals Complete, and |
Matching Status should update to Unmatched, IF the transaction was Approved, this action should wipe the approval fields to null/false. |
