Viewing available assets at a clinic (site)

Lumary AH - This article explains how to view site related assets and their availability in Lumary AH.

Lumary AH provides you the ability to create and manage clinic records. We call these sites;  sites in Lumary are used to capture your fixed business locations used to deliver services to customers. These records provide you a single interface for the management of the clinic.

Viewing asset availability at a clinic (site) 

1. Click the app launcher icon (nine dots)
2. In the search field, enter: Site
3. Select Sites
4. The Site object page will display, where you can view and create list views of current Site records already created.
5. Click the Name link of the site you wish to view.
6. Click the View Asset Availability button on the right of the page.
   
7. A calendar will open on the page showing:
   1. Only Assets associated to this site, and
   2. Their current Asset Bookings
8. Click Back to Site button to close the Asset Availability Calendar.
