Lumary AH - This article explains how to add unavailability in bulk for multiple workers related to a clinic (site) record in Lumary AH.
Required features, packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary 11.0 and later
- Navigate to the clinic (site) record.
- Click Add Unavailability button on the header of the page,
- Enter the following information, then click Next.
- Start Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability(Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date)
- End Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability (Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date)
- Type - Type of the unavailability
- Check off the appropriate workers to add unavailability to.
- Choose a Cancellation Reason from your list of worker related reasons, and check off all appointments that overlap this unavailability to be cancelled, then click Next.
- The system will then create the unavailability for the selected workers and cancel the selected appointments.
