Client Health Condition Alerts disappearing from client records
An issue where some Health Condition alerts were being removed during the Invoice Run process has been fixed. Alerts will now remain intact, regardless of the permissions of the user running the process.
Worker related Cancellation presenting error due to exceeding picklist value limit
We resolved a problem with cancellations inadvertently creating too many unique picklist values in the cancellation reasons field. If you continue to experience this error, please contact our support team for assistance.
Bank Statement manual matching calculation fix
Users were blocked from allocating invoices when matching single transactions to multiple invoices, even when the totals matched. This issue has been fixed, and manual matching should now work seamlessly.
Case Note billing overclaiming bug and process improvements
An issue where the overclaim calculation used the Service Agreement rate instead of the latest NDIS rate (when “Substitute NDIS Rates” was enabled) has been resolved. This fix ensures accurate claims for all clients.
To save you time, the billing toggle on case notes will now default to true when billing is enabled on the template. Additionally, the Claim Type will now default to non-face-to-face, reducing manual steps for users.
Case Note file upload issue
An issue where the upload files button on the case note interface was greyed out, not allowing user to upload files to case notes easily. This issue is now resolved.
Case Note billing - add to calendar fix
We’ve resolved an issue for customers using Minutes instead of Quantity when billing on case notes. When also using the Add to Calendar feature, the Start Date/Time field was incorrectly showing as blank instead of automatically populating with “Now minus the minutes being billed.” This has now been fixed, ensuring smoother scheduling and billing workflows.
Overclaim: Warn option now supported
Users will now receive a warning during appointment completion and case note billing creation if the action would take a client over their budget, and their budget is utilising the WARN setting on overclaim. This ensures better budget management and reduces errors.
Legacy fixed travel charging updated to not include Cancellation services delivered
The Legacy Fixed Travel functionality has been updated to exclude travel charges for cancellation services delivered, aligning with expected behavior.
