This release includes improvements for Invoicing and Payment generation.
Invoicing and Payment Generation changes include:
- Streamlined process of generating payments and assignments on NDIS invoices through automation,
- enhanced visibility of travel-related details on invoice items, and
- enhanced display of invoice line item rates to ensure compliance with NDIS Notional Rates.
The release also includes several bug fixes and other changes.
Streamlined the process of generating payments and assignments on NDIS invoices through automation
For customers utilising AR Management, the NDIS Claim Extract now features an enhanced process. When NDIS Remittance files— see the Payment reconciliation of a bulk payment request upload section (Page 20) of the Bulk payment requests Self-help guide for providers - are uploaded to the extract, they will not only update claims from Success to Paid but will also generate a corresponding Payment records for the invoices created from the NDIS Extract.
This improvement significantly accelerates the payment attribution process, which can often be tedious for providers.

Enhanced the visibility of travel-related details on invoice items
Customers using AR Management have provided feedback concerning the details on invoices related to travel. In response to this, we have implemented an update that adds specific travel-related information to the corresponding line items on the invoice.
This includes:
- clarifying whether the travel is to or from the appointment,
- specifying if the travel charge pertains to kilometres or time, and
- indicating whether it involves transporting the client or covers expenses, along with any related comments.
These enhancements aim to reduce confusion for both customers and plan managers.

Enhanced the display of invoice line item rates to ensure compliance with the NDIS Notional Rate
Customers utilising AR Management will notice an improvement in the logic for generating Invoice Items. This update ensures that the data recorded in the Invoice Item Quantity and Rate fields aligns with the Notional Rates logic, particularly for Expenses linked to Invoice Items.
This logic is applied according to the Rate record associated with the Invoice Items and the “Notional Rate” flag.
Bug Fixes and Other Changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release:
- Add Planned Service on an Appointment, not showing all service details for the user - We have resolved an issue that occurred when users attempted to add planned services to an existing appointment. Previously, only partial service data was sown on the drop-down, making it difficult to select the appropriate service. With this fix, users will now see additional information, including the service name and program (if applicable), enabling them to make more informed selections.
- Appointment Scheduler Worker Role Filter - We have addressed an issue with the Worker Role filters in the Appointment Scheduler, where the two filters were displaying inconsistent values.
- Worker appointment changes leading to Too Many Query Rows Error - We have resolved an issue that caused the "Too Many Query Rows" error when making changes to Worker appointments, such as creating bulk unavailability or removing workers from appointments.
- Waitlist count on My Client Case List - We have resolved an issue that previously limited the waitlist count display to instances where the waitlist was linked to a client already present on the worker's case list. The count will now include clients regardless of this connection.
- Too many Funded Clients on a Block Service Agreement leading to a 101 too many queries error - We have resolved an issue where having too many Funded Client records associated to a Block Service Agreement led to the user receiving a 101 too many queries error when adding or modifying Service Agreement Items.
