Amend a service booking using the NDIA Integration Module

This article explains how to amend a service booking made using the NDIA Integration Module. 

This functionality requires Lumary's NDIA Integration Module.

The NDIA Integration Module allows service agreements created in Lumary CM to automatically create service bookings through PRODA in myplace. Amendments to these bookings can be made directly through Lumary CM. 

To amend a service booking in the myplace portal through Lumary CM:

1. Navigate to the service agreement with service bookings that you want to amend.
2. Click on the Amend button.

3. Select your Amendment Reason Type and click on the Save button.

4. Amend the service agreement as required using the steps in the sections below, if required.
5. Finalise the service agreement. The bookings will be amended in the myplace portal when the status of the service agreement is changed to Quote Submitted or Current, depending on how your environment is configured.

Extend the end date of a booking

To extend the end date of a booking:

1. Click on the Edit button.
2. Click on the End Date.
3. Select a new end date that is later than the current end date.
4. Click on the Save button.

For line item level bookings, you'll also need to extend each item's end date. To do this:

5. Click on the Line Items tab.
6. Click on the pencil icon next to the line item you want to edit.
7. Scroll down to the Funding Schedule section and click on the Schedule End Date field.
8. Select a new end date that is later than the current end date.

Note: if you've set up a funding schedule then changing the end date will potentially change the value in the Quantity field, which will impact the total funding allocated to the booking.  

9. Click on the Save button.

Change service booking value

To increase or decrease the value of a service booking at the category level:

1. Click on the Line Items tab.
2. Click on the down arrow next to the category you want to change and select Edit.
3. Change the Support Category Amount.
4. Click on the Save button.

To increase or decrease the value of a service booking at the line item level:

1. Click on the Line Items tab.
2. Click on the pencil icon next to the line item you want to edit.
3. Edit the details in the Financial section. You may need to adjust the quantity, rate or funding schedule for the item if you want to recalculate the booking total.
4. Click on the Save button.

Create new service bookings

To create a new booking at the category level:

1. Click on the Line Items tab.
2. Click on the New Category button.
3. Add and save a new category, making sure that you put a tick in the Send category service booking request checkbox.

To create a new booking at the line item level:

1. Click on the Line Items tab.
2. Click on the down arrow next to the category you want to change and select New Item.
3. Add and save a new line item, making sure that you fill in the Line item service booking preference field.
