If you can't log in to Lumary AH, there are a few things you can try. The table below shows the steps to resolve some common issues.

| You don't know your username |
Your username will usually be the same as your work email. Try this first. If it doesn't work, contact your system administrator for help. |

| You've exceeded the number of allowed login attempts |
For security reasons, Salesforce limits the number of invalid login attempts. Once this limit is reached, your account will be locked. If this happens, contact your system administrator. They can unlock your account and help you reset your password. |
