Lumary AH - This article introduces goal setting in Lumary AH. It provides an overview of goal attainment plans, and NDIS and service goals.
Lumary AH enables providers to set up and monitor goals so that they can show how their support and services help clients improve their lives. These goals can be based on the goals in a client's NDIS Plan or goals defined separately with the client.
Active plans and goals appear under the Goals tab on the client's record, where users can see:
- goals grouped by priority level
- icons that represent different types of goals
- actions and strategies
- the estimated completion date
- a link to a related NDIS Goal
- the professionals responsible for helping the client to achieve the goal
- the goal's current status
- the category of the goal, and
- how many days are left until the estimated completion date.
Get started with goal setting
To get started, you'll need to add a goal attainment plan to a client's record.
Once you've added a plan, you can:
- capture goals from the client's NDIS plan, and
- add and monitor service goals to track the client's progress. These can be linked to the client's NDIS goals, or separate goals as agreed with the client.
