Lumary AH - This article explains how to add accreditations and registrations to an allied health worker record, including how to upload supporting documents.
You can use accreditations to list a worker's registrations, licences, or certifications, including storing copies of supporting documents.
This article explains how to:
- add the accreditation, and
- if applicable, store a copy of supporting documentation.
Add the accreditation
To add a worker's accreditation:
- Open the worker's record.
- Click on the Compliance tab.
- In the Accreditations section, click on the New button.
- Complete the Accreditation Details as explained below.
Field | Input |
Type | Select the accreditation type from the drop-down, for example, Medicare. Some accreditation types may reveal additional fields to complete. For example, if you select Private Health Fund, an additional field is revealed in which you'll need to select the fund name. |
Registration Number | Type in the worker's registration or accreditation number. |
- If you have multiple accreditations to add, click on the Save & New button to save this one and keep adding more. Or, click on the Save button now to save this record and close the pop-up.
This creates a record of the accreditation on the worker’s record. All the worker's accreditations will be displayed on the Compliance tab. You may need to click View All to see the entire list.
You can edit an accreditation record by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to it and selecting Edit.
