Lumary AH - This article provides an overview of the My Client Case List view and describes some of the ways you can use this list to manage your clients.
Lumary AH has a number of helpful ways of quickly getting to information about the clients you work with, as well as clients waiting to work with you. The My Client Case List view lets you see all of the clients you work with on a single, handy list. If you're managing a group of workers, you can also toggle your list to see all of the clients working with workers who report to you.
You can get there:
- from your My Day View by scrolling to the My Clients panel and clicking on the View Client List text link,
- by clicking on the My Client Case List tab, or
- by clicking View Client List button on a Site record
To help you use the list, the rest of this article explains how to use it to:
- filter your list to focus on key areas
- set your own final column,
- view another worker's case load, and
- manage your clients.
Filter your list to focus on key areas
You can filter your list by clicking on the text links at the left of the list. This will help you focus on key areas, such as clients who are approaching the end of their plan and may require a review.
The following table explains what you can see under each filtered view.
Filter | What this shows |
All Clients | All of your current clients. This does not include clients on your waitlist. |
No Interactions | Clients that you haven't interacted with in the last 30 days. |
Funding Ending | Clients with a service agreement that ends in the next 30 days. |
No Shows | Clients that have had 'No Show' cancelled appointments in the last 6 weeks. |
End of Plan | Clients that have an End of Plan Review in the next 30 days. |
No Appointments | Clients that have no appointments scheduled into the future. |
Waitlisted | Clients on the waitlist that have been assigned to you. These clients do not appear under the other views. |
Set your own final column
The Client case list gives you the flexibility to set your own final column on the case list, so it better serves your role:
- Click on the View Settings on the left column of your list.
- Click on the Choose Column drop-down list.
- Select the type of information you would like to see in the final column:
- Last Client Letter - Shows your last client letter for this client.
- Behaviour Support Plan - Shows the last BSP for this client.
- Last Invoice - Shows the last invoice for this client.
- Last Health Fund Referral -Shows the last health fund referral record for this client
- In Progress Processes - Shows how many processes are in-progress for this client and allows you to complete processes in the client case list.
- Last Clinical Assessment - Shows the last clinical assessment you added for this client.
- Click Save
The case list will refresh on saving, and the column will update to show the selected data. This will remain each time you view the case list until you decide to change this column in the future.
View another worker's case load
To see the case load of other workers:
- Click on the View Other Therapist that appears on the left side of your list.
- Click on the Change View drop-down list.
- Select the worker.
A banner will appear at the top of your view to notify you that you're viewing the case load of another worker. To return to your own view, you can click on the Close text link in the banner, or use the Change View icon to select your own view.
Manage your client
The My Client Case List entries give you several options for quickly managing your client's information. You can add a new case or set an appointment directly from this view. You can also navigate to your client's record. The following table explains what each icon does and where it takes you.
Icon | What this will do |
New Case Note | This will take launch a New Case Note form. The form pops up over your My Client Case List view. |
New Appointment | This will launch the Appointment Calendar where you can create a new appointment for the client. The calendar pops up over your My Client Case List view. |
The My Client Case List entries give you the ability to see additional information and quick access to areas of the clients profile without needing to navigate to the profile, these are all accessable by hovering over the appropriate column on the client case list.
