Lumary AH - This article explains the different view options in Lumary AH calendars and how to use calendar navigation to get around.
Lumary calendars offer multiple views with simple navigation to move around.
This article covers:
- the worker views
- the day, week and month views, and
- how to change the date or period you're viewing.
Worker views
The worker views are most useful in the Appointment Scheduler and worker calendars.
When you open the Appointment Scheduler, its default view is the Worker (Day) view for Today. You can also select this view if you are in a worker's calendar.
You'll see worker names listed on the left with their scheduled appointments for the day displayed horizontally across the screen.
A row labelled No Worker Assigned will show any scheduled appointments that don't have a worker assigned.
There's a slider at the bottom of the screen you can use to move back and forward through the hours of the day. You may need to scroll down to find this.
The Worker (Week) view shows the worker names and appointments in the same layout, but you can scroll left and right throughout the whole week. As you scroll between days, the day and date in the top header row changes.
The display options in the Appointment Scheduler allow you to choose how the list of workers is displayed. For example, you can group workers by role, region, or site, or arrange them alphabetically. Learn more in the article about filters and display options.
Day, week and month views
These views can be used in all calendars. Worker and client calendars open by default to the Week view.
You can change the calendar view by clicking on the Day, Week, or Month buttons at the top of the calendar. These options will show all appointments for the particular day, week, or month you're looking at.
In the Day, Week, and Month views, the current day will be highlighted pale yellow.
Change the date or period you're viewing
To see a different date or time period, you can do the following:
- use the Go to date calendar field to go to a specific date, either by typing a date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or using the date picker
- click on the arrow buttons to move forwards or backwards through the calendar in intervals of a day, a week, or a month, depending on what you're currently viewing, and
- click on the Today button to go to the current date.
You can customise your view of the Appointment Scheduler, for example, if you'd prefer it to always open in Week view. Learn more in the article about filter and display options.
