Lumary AH - This article explains how to remove a process from a worker's record.
A worker record can only have one process at a time. To remove a process, you'll need to:
- end the process from the worker's Process Tracking list, or
- complete all of the steps in the process.
The approach you use will depend on why you're removing the process and how your business uses process tracking information.
End the process
To end a process:
- Go to the worker's record.
- Click on the Processes tab.
- Locate the Process you wish to end.
- Click on the Downwards Arrow on the Process Summary which is beside the Continue button
- Select End Process
You will still be able to view processes which have been completed via the End Process button. Therefore for Processes which have been force completed, you will still have visibility of how many and which steps were completed and which steps were not complete.
Complete the process
A Process will automatically complete when all steps are complete.
To complete a process:
- Go to the worker's record.
- Click on the Processes tab.
- Scroll through the process and look for any steps that are not showing as complete with a tick in the blue checkbox toggle. You may need to click on subheadings to reveal more steps.
- Check if the step or task was done. This may require checking other parts of the system.
- Once you're ready to set a step to complete, click on the checkbox toggle.
Once all steps are marked complete, the process will disappear from the Processes: In Progress section to under the Completed Processes section.
