Lumary AH - This article explains how to create a repeating series of appointments using the recurrence options.
If you're booking an appointment and want to create a repeating series, for example, every Friday morning from 10-11 am, you can do this using the Add recurrence options. You can do this for both individual appointments and group appointments.
There are a few points at which you can add appointment recurrences. The steps are a bit different depending on which option you use.

This will open the recurrence fields, which you can use to set how the appointment should repeat. Complete the fields as explained below.

Repeat every | You can choose how often an appointment recurs. Type a number and then click on the drop-down list to select Day, Week or Month. |
Ends | Select On or After. If you select On, use the calendar tool to select a date when the recurrence will end. If you select After, type the number of times that you want the session to recur. |
Recurrences and Worker Availability
When scheduling a recurring appointment, if any of the selected workers are unavailable for certain dates, you will receive an error message. This message will highlight the affected dates and prompt you to skip them.
To proceed, use the toggle option provided to skip unavailable dates for all workers. The system will then generate appointments only for the dates that do not appear in the error message.
Example:
You are booking a recurring appointment every Monday for four weeks. One of the selected workers is unavailable on the second Monday. When you attempt to save the appointment, an error appears, listing the unavailable date. You can then choose to skip that date for all workers using the toggle. The system will schedule appointments only for the remaining three Mondays.
