Lumary AH - This article explains how to manage changes and updates to a client's goal.
You can manage a client's goals from their client record. You can view, edit, update, reprioritise and delete goals from the Goal Plans tab.
To manage a client's goal:
- Go to the client's record.
- Click on the Goals tab.
- Click on the Goal Plans tab.
- This will list the goals in the client's current goal achievement plan (GAP). You can use the tabs at the top of the list of goals to view active goals and inactive goals.
- Scroll down to the relevant goal. Goals are grouped from highest to lowest based on priority.
- Click on the drop-down arrow at the end of the goal panel.
- The following table explains what you can do with each of the options.
Option | What it does |
View | Takes you to the goal record. Shows the details of the goal and a progress feed of all case notes related to this goal. |
Edit | Launches the goal in an editable form. |
Update Status |
Sets the status of the goal. The following options leave the goal on the Active Goals list:
These options will send the goal to the Inactive Goals list:
The status appears as a label on the goal panel. |
Change Priority | Updates the priority level of the goal. Higher priority goals are more visible, as they appear closer to the top of the Active Goals list. |
Delete | Deletes the goal record. |
