Lumary AH - This article provides an overview of resource management features, including the worker record, appointments, processes, availability and consents.
Resource management relates to setting up and managing your workers within Lumary AH. This includes your therapists and other people who will be working with your clients.
The worker's record is where you can collect information about your workers. You can capture things like:
- contact and address details
- demographic information
- start and end dates
- their role or therapy discipline, and
- their average hourly rate.
You can also use information captured here for KPIs.
The Appointments Calendar shows when a worker is available, and when they have upcoming appointments.
You can use processes to create checklists and links for common tasks like onboarding. You can create process templates to match your common business processes.
Availability shows when a worker is available for appointments. It can also show periods when the worker is unexpectedly unavailable, for example, if they are unwell. Availability is also linked to KPI calculations.
The compliance tab is where you can record and track your worker's accreditations. You can also use contact tags to capture worker attributes to help match workers to clients.
