General enquiries
Lumary AH enables providers to capture either general enquiries or referrals. The general enquiry presents a streamlined form. This supports quick information gathering by allowing users to quickly navigate to key areas.
Users can tick checkboxes to reveal more options. For example, additional fields can be shown to capture a client's:
- demographic information, or
- appointment preferences.
Referrals within the enquiry record
Providers can capture referrals using the Referrals form or through integration with their website. Referral information appears within an enquiry record. This record can also be used to capture additional detail about the person seeking services, including:
- associated providers
- risks
- contacts
- health conditions
- service agreements
- consents
- clinical assessments
- goals, and
- files.
Convert enquiries and referrals into client records
