Lumary AH - This article explains how to link a site to multiple services.
To create service delivered (SD) records for a site, services must be linked to that site.
If you're adding multiple services to a single site, it's best to start from the site record. However, if you're adding a service to multiple sites, it may be quicker to link to the sites from the service record.
To link a site to a service:
- Click on the Sites tab. You may need to click on the App Launcher nine dot icon and search for Sites.
Make sure you select the Services option from the Items list in the App Launcher. A search may also list Site.com under Apps. The app is not the option you're looking for.
- This will open the Sites list view. Search for the relevant site and click on its text link in the Site Name column.
Filter your list view using either the Recently Viewed drop-down or the Search this list... field.
- Click on the Related tab.
- Scroll down to the Site Services/Programs section.
- Click on the New button.
- You'll need to select a record type for your linking record. The record type you select will determine what information is captured for inclusion in claims and/or reports.
Services are connected to sites via one of two record types. These are:
- service assignment records for individualised services, such as NDIS or other, or
- service type outlet records for services that need to capture information for block funded services, such as NMDS or QDC.
