Lumary AH - This article explains how to manage global Lumary AH settings.
Lumary AH Settings enable you to apply global settings for most or all users in your environment. Using Lumary AH Settings, you can set defaults and set up templates for your users. This saves time and helps maintain data consistency.
To access Lumary AH Settings:
- Click on the App Launcher icon.
- In the Search apps and items... field, type lumary ah.
- Under Items, click on the Lumary AH Settings heading.
The settings are grouped by category as follows:
- General
- Clinician Interfaces
- Appointments
- Accounts Receivable
- Goal/Behaviour Planning
- Service Agreements, and
- Service Delivery.
General
Setting | Description |
Company Details |
Record your company name and ABN plus contact and website details, these details will flow through to the home page and on your invoices and letters.

Worker Settings |
Specify the field set that will be used for worker details and the default account to which new worker records will be added.

General Client Settings |

Case Note Templates | Create custom templates with pre-populated headings and content that clinicians can use with their clients to capture information. |
Process Templates | Create checklists that can be used in client and worker records to track the progress of particular processes, such as onboarding. |
Letter Templates | Create templates to pull in information from across your organisation and merge it into a PDF document or email for distribution. |

Appointments
Setting | Description |
General Appointment Settings | Specify the length of the alert threshold for workers starting and ending appointments. Set a default appointment duration and specify whether to create worker appointments and enable ad hoc services and appointments in the past. Specify the number of days of previous appointments to list in the Appointment List on case notes. |
Appointment Types | Create appointment types. Specify whether appointment types are billable or non-billable. |
Availability Settings | Specify whether or not workers can schedule appointments outside of their available times. Add an email contact for overlapping appointments. |
Cancellation Reasons | Set custom cancellation reasons for workers and clients. Specify whether or not a client will be billed for a cancellation. |
Travel Settings | For NDIS services, specify whether or not to allow planned travel and transport and override travel limits. Set the number of kilometres for a claimable travel time threshold. |
Accounts Receivable
Setting | Description |
Chart of Accounts Set Up | Set up cost centres, GL accounts, control accounts and accounting periods. |
Chart of Accounts Defaults | Add codes for NDIA, self, and plan managed GL accounts. Add default fallback GL code and cost centre details. |
Invoice Settings | Add the details of an external accounting package (for example, Xero or MYOB). |
EFT Invoice Details | Specify bank account details for EFT transactions. |
NDIS Claiming Settings | Add an NDIS registration number. Specify whether or not service delivered records require a service booking to be included in an NDIS extract. |
Goal/Behaviour Planning
Setting | Description |
Goal Categories | Create categories to be used when setting up goals in a client's goal attainment plan. |
Behaviour Episode Settings | Set the default text for behavioural intensity to be used when creating behaviours of concern. |
External Behaviour Form | Add default codes that will be used with the Formstack form Behaviour Episode when generating an External Behaviour form. |
Service Agreements
Setting | Description |
General Agreement Settings | Specify whether or not service delivery can commence before client approval of a service agreement. Show or hide the Item Funding Manager and Program fields when creating or editing service agreements. Specify the number of days for which a service agreement quote is valid. Specify which service agreement statuses will be set to Expired when the end date has passed. |
Overclaim Settings | Set the default behaviour for overclaims on service agreements, categories and items. |
Travel & Transport Settings | Set the default rates for non-labour travel, non-modified vehicle transport and modified vehicle transport. Enable fixed travel budgeting and charging. |
Service Delivery
Setting | Description |
Service Delivery Settings | Specify whether or not to prevent delivered record modification. Specify whether or not to substitute new NDIS rates. Specify whether or not to round service delivered amounts. Specify whether or not to enable service deliveries transfer. |
