This release includes:
- more and clearer information on invoices and better tracking of invoice PDFs, and
- improved flexibility for case notes and broader applications of case note information.
It also enables providers to:
- send a letter as an email
- set up and capture privately funded travel
- create teams and add workers to them
- organise tags into skills, certifications and preferences, and
- monitor records created for guided processes.
Other improvements include:
- a new section added to enquiries to capture notes
- additional options on case note and letter template drop-down lists to include dates and appointment types, and
- the replacement of dollars with remaining hours by discipline on the My Client List.
It also fixes several issues raised through support queries.
Include more info on invoices and keep track of invoice PDFs
We’ve added new features to help finance managers:
- include more and clearer information on invoices, and
- track the status of an invoice PDF.
We’ve improved Medicare registration filtering for providers with more than one registration. Invoices will now only show Medicare registrations that match the:
- location of the associated appointment, and
- location on the accreditation record.
Users can now add comments to a new Comments field on invoice records. These comments will then appear on invoice PDFs.
We’ve also added the Invoice PDF Status field to the invoice record to track the production and sending of PDF invoices. This field shows users invoices that have:
- been generated
- been generated and emailed, or
- failed.
This feature is part of an improvement to resolve an issue with generating large numbers of invoices. It helps providers quickly identify invoices that haven't been generated and/or sent.
We've also resolved an issue with clients' billing contacts. When a client provides a billing contact, this is now associated with the invoice for bulk invoice runs.

Improved flexibility of case notes and broader applications of case note information
We’ve added more flexibility to the ways that therapists can use case notes and share case note information.
Therapists can add billing to case notes before a service is ready to invoice or claim. Setting the Hold back from Invoicing toggle to Yes will leave the Client Accepted checkbox unticked on the service delivered (SD) record. This prevents the SD record from being included in invoicing and claiming. Once you’re ready to claim, putting a tick in the Client Accepted checkbox makes the SD record available for invoicing or claiming.
When adding case notes for billable or non-billable appointments, users can now block that time out in their calendar from the case note.
Users can also now preview and edit the case note update email sent to a client’s care group. The email can also be sent from a shared email address.
Find out more about filling in common case note sections.
We’ve also:
- added a confidential case note counter to the client record. This flags to other users when there are confidential case notes linked to a client, while keeping the case note content hidden, and
- improved error handling to give users a chance to make corrections before losing data.

Send a letter as an email
Letters can now be sent as email messages without generating a PDF. The email can also be sent from a shared email address. This increases the flexibility of who can reply and respond to follow up queries.

Set up and capture privately funded travel
Workers can now capture travel kilometres and time for services delivered to privately funded clients. To use this feature, users will need to set up a service agreement for privately funded services.
Create teams and add workers to them
Providers can use the new Teams object to group together teams of workers. This feature currently enables the:
- appointment of a team leader, and
- association of workers to a team.
Planned future improvements for this feature include team leader and team dashboards.

We've introduced tag types to help users group different types of tags. Tags can be set up as certifications, skills or preferences.
Within skill tags, specific skills can also be grouped together under broader skill sets. This means that a specific skill required by a client can be matched with a worker’s more general skill that covers that requirement.

Monitor records created for guided processes
We’ve revamped the options for the process tool that adds guided processes to client or worker records. Processes will now list records as they’re created for each process step. We’ve also made new actions available to include in processes.
Fixed issues
We’ve resolved the following issues:
- the KPI batch no longer removes data from the historical data set
- asset bookings now properly appear on the Asset Calendar
- risk alerts no longer disappear when updating client records
- only active clients now appear on a worker’s My Client List
- rollover is now available for service agreements, and
- cancelling appointments now uses the date of the appointment on the SD record.
