Lumary AH - This article explains how to add a Zoom, Google Meet or other personal meeting link to a worker's record, which will then automatically link to their appointments.
For workers who have a personal meeting link for providing telehealth services, you can add the link to their worker record. It will then automatically be included on new appointments made for the worker.
- Go to the worker’s record.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Scroll down to the Employment Details section.
- Copy the worker’s personal meeting URL from the third party application, such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Paste the URL into the Personal Telehealth Meeting URL field.
- Click on the Save button.
This will automatically include the link on new appointments made for the worker. It will not update links on existing appointments.
