PACE indicator on the client record
A new checkbox has been added to the client record to capture the client's transition to the PACE system. This has been added to easily track clients that have transitioned to PACE. Once set, it will automatically influence any new service agreements created for the client.
PACE Plan indicator on service agreements
A new checkbox is available on new service agreements that are created for clients. This checkbox will default to TRUE if the client's PACE indicator has been set to TRUE.
Catalogue changes to support the PACE catalogue structure
When a service agreement has the PACE Plan indicator set to TRUE, it will only show the PACE related catalogue. Please note, for allied health customers this currently only affects behaviour support-related services that are now part of their own category.
NDIS extracts Open status
We've added the ability to consume the Open status that is returned during the PRODA bulk claim upload when claims are going through an approval process.
Mobile only My Day View
Mobile users now have a mobile only view of their day, with the ability to navigate between days and interact with appointments in a mobile friendly way.

A new way to track worker travel
Users can now start and stop travel before and after an appointment to capture more accurate data, such as travel time and distance.

Mobile appointment page
Users now receive a mobile only view of the appointment, with quick access to:
- appointment details
- clients attending, and
- workers attending.
This view makes starting and stopping travel and checking into and out of the appointment easier.

Improved case note interface
The case note interface available on the appointment page is now full-screen on the phone, making it easier to complete the required details.
New scheduling experience available on all calendars
Our new Appointment Scheduler calendar is now available on all calendars throughout Lumary AH, including:
- My Day View
- My Client Case List
- client profiles, and
- worker records.
This includes the new appointment creation interface that reduces the time and effort required to create appointments.
To take advantage of these new features, you can request this be activated in your environment by submitting a support request.

Therapists can now easily add non-billable time
On the therapists' Home Page and My Day View, we've added a new simple feature to create non-billable time in the calendar. Whether it's client related or not, you can simply block the time out using this feature.

Therapists can now easily update case notes against appointments
Therapists are now able to both create and update case notes against appointments. This allows therapists to create case notes before appointments and simply update them with outcomes and capture GAS against linked goals once the appointment is completed.

Better visibility of workers availability
We have adjusted the Appointment Scheduler view to always display the worker's availability. So admin staff, team leaders and customer support officers can easily see what site a worker is available at and what they're available for. Previously, availability was covered when an appointment was booked over it.
Process Template creation tool improvements
We've made adjustments to the process template interface to easily show the contents of a template without having to click into each action group. We've also added a new creation interface to cut down on the clicks and confusion when creating and reviewing a process template.

Incident management feature now supports longer fields
Based on feedback, we've expanded the main fields used in the incident form to allow for 35,000 characters. These were previously limited to 500 characters.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release:
- NDIS Bulk Claim CSV file - Fixed an issue where the NDIS CSV file name was too long and prevented uploading to the PRODA portal without manipulation.
- Bulk Invoice Run invoice generation - Removed the restriction where users were not able to generate more than 80 invoices at once. Find out more about generating invoices.
- Ad hoc service delivery - Fixed an issue where clients without a service agreement were unable to have a manual service delivered (SD) record created for them via the Service Delivery Entry screen.
- Ad hoc cancellations - Fixed an issue where billable cancellations for appointments with ad hoc planned services were not checking the ad hoc field on the SD record, preventing it from being invoiced.
- Service delivery expenses editing - Fixed an issue where only system administrators were able to modify expenses captured on SD records.
