Edit or delete a service delivery

CM Lite - This article explains how to edit or delete existing service deliveries.

After creating a service delivery you can:

• edit, or
• delete it.

Please note: you will not be able to edit or delete a service delivery if it has already been extracted or invoiced to a client for payment.

To edit a service delivery:

1. Click on the Service Deliveries tab.
2. Navigate to the relevant service delivery or search for it using the Search field.
3. Click on the service delivery text link.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the service delivery details page and click on the Edit button.

5. Make any changes to the service delivery and click on the Submit button.

To delete a service delivery:

1. Click on the Service Deliveries tab.
2. Navigate to the relevant service delivery or search for it using the Search field.
3. Click on the bin icon.

4. Click on the Submit button on the next form.
