CM Lite - This article explains how to search for an existing service delivery.
To search for an existing service delivery:
- Click on the Service Deliveries tab.
- Enter the client name, delivery date or service into the Search field. Only one of these fields needs to be filled in.
- Click Search.
- All of the results that match the search criteria will appear below.
