CM Lite - This article explains how to create a new client record.
To create a new client:
- Click the Clients tab.
- Select the New Client button.
- Add the client's details in the relevant fields in the Core Information section.
- Click the Disability Information section and fill in the client's disability details in the relevant fields.
- Click the Residential Address and Mailing Address sections to fill in the client's address details. If these addresses are the same then select the Copy From Residential Address button in the Mailing Address Section to copy the address details from the Residential Address section to the Mailing Address section.
- Select Submit to create the new client record.
- After creating the record, you will be redirected to the new client's record page.
