Q. How do I contact Lumary to get help with a CM Lite issue?
To make an enquiry regarding CM Lite, you can get in touch by sending an email to cmlite@lumary.com.au, and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
Q. Why can't I delete a client?
To be able to delete a client, they must have no service agreements with a status of Draft or Current.
Q. Why can't I find a line item for one of the services that I provide?
The line items that are available are based on the registration groups that you selected when you signed up. To review your choices, click on the Registration Groups option in the drop-down menu next to your name, and make sure that you've added the appropriate registration group for that line item.
Q. Why can’t I create a service delivery for a participant?
To be able to create a service delivery for a participant, they must have a service agreement with a status of Current.
Q. What do I do if one of the line items has $0 as a rate?
You can use the negotiated rate feature to set the rate. Simply enter the total for this service/product in the Rate/Amount field when you add that particular line item to a client's service agreement.
Q. What does the Restricted tick box mean?
The Restricted checkbox limits the line items that can be delivered against a service agreement. If you tick the Restricted checkbox when adding a support category to a service agreement, you'll need to select the exact line item or items that will be provided to the client. Once the service agreement is approved, only the line items that you selected will be available when you create appointments or service delivered (SD) records.
If you DO NOT tick the Restricted checkbox, all items within the support category will be available. Once the agreement is approved, all of the line items available in that category will be available when you create appointments or service delivered (SD) records.
Q. Why can’t I edit or delete a service delivered (SD) record?
For NDIA agency-managed participants - If you've created an extract that has included the SD record, you won't be able to edit or delete the record. If you have yet to submit the extract to the NDIS portal for claiming, you can delete the extract and the system will then allow you to delete the SD record.
For self or plan-managed participants - If an invoice that includes the SD record has been created to provide to a client for payment, you will be unable to edit or delete the SD record.
Q. Can I change the rates in the system?
Lumary will manage the NDIS services and rates in the system for you and make sure that the latest pricing is available for all line items.
If you need to change the rate for a line item in CM Lite, we recommend that you use the negotiated rate functionality when setting up the client's service agreement. Selecting this option will allow you to override the rate by typing the desired amount for the service/product into the Rate/Amount field when you add that line item to a client's service agreement.
Q. Why aren’t all of my service delivered (SD) records being included in the extract?
The Client Accepted checkbox needs to be ticked on a service delivered (SD) record for it to be included in an extract. Click on the three-dot menu and select Edit to open the SD record and make sure that the Client Accepted checkbox is ticked.
Q. Why isn’t the Level 2 Coordination of Support line item available in my org?
