A member of the Lumary team will create a user record for each staff member that requires access to the Lumary PM application.
After this occurs an email from Salesforce should be in the corresponding inbox for the staff member. The email title will be Welcome to Salesforce: Verify your account and will look similar to the screenshot below and this will contain a user activation button titled Verify Account.
If the user activation email has not come through please check the spam folder and if the email is not there please let the Lumary team know.
Upon clicking the Verify Account button, the next screen will ask you to enter in a new password and confirm this. It will also ask for a security question. Please make note of these details and store them in a secure location, just in case you forget them.
Upon entering in the above information, you will be logged into the application.
