Lumary PM - This article shows participants, their nominees or support coordinators how to find their way around the Participant Portal
Upon logging into the Participant Portal you will be presented with the home screen.
The layout of the portal will vary depending on the device you are accessing it from. The following guide provides screenshots from a desktop perspective, however, the overall behaviour is similar when viewing on a mobile device also.
On a Desktop device the menu will appear on the left-hand side.
On a Mobile device the menu will display upon clicking the menu icon.
To navigate to an area of the portal click onto a menu option i.e. Plans.
The Home screen is designed to provide key pieces of information across the top of the screen.

|Total Invoices that
require your approval
Further below on the home screen you will be able to view information relating to:
|Support Category Balances - these categories are part of 'Current' plan||Invoices requiring your approval - see below for further information on approving invoices|
To Approve an invoice click the icon in the Invoice list (on the home screen).
This will then display the details of the invoice.
To Approve the Invoice click the Green ‘Approve Invoice’ button.
To Reject the Invoice click the Red ‘Reject’ button.
To view a copy of the invoice, click the blue button under ‘Attachments’. This will display the invoice
sent from the Provider.
To view a list of all invoices that have been claimed and paid click onto the Invoices tab in the menu bar.
This will then display the following screen.
Similar to the home screen, key data is visible across the top of the screen.
|Total number of Invoices paid - All time||Number of Invoices awaiting your approval||Number of Invoices that have been claimed||The ability to enter a new invoice|
Invoice Tab - Filters
To filter the list of invoices click the filter button.
This will then display the filter options. Click an option to select it. When selected it will highlight light blue.
To include a date filter, click the option ‘Include date filter’ then choose the required dates.
Finally click the ‘Apply’ button.
Invoice Tab - Status Information
There are different invoice statuses that will appear when viewing the invoice screen.
Please see below for an overview of each status:
|Approval Required||Invoices that have been submitted to you for your approval prior to being sent for claiming|
|Paid||The invoice has been claimed and paid to the provider|
|Claimed to the NDIS||The invoice has been submitted to the NDIS for claiming|
|Processed||The invoice has been submitted but not yet claimed|
Once the filter has been applied you will see a list of invoices below
Click this icon to display further information on the invoice.
To view your plan information including balances and remaining days click onto the plans tab in the menu bar.
This will then display the following screen. Similar to the home screen, key data is visible across the top of the screen.
|The total amount of all support categories for this plan||The total amount remaining for this plan||Number of invoices that have been claimed against the plan||The total amount of this plan that has been spent|
Sitting just above the key information is a ‘Plan Select’ option. Click into this field to select another plan (providing you have multiple plans being managed).
To view further information about the plan scroll down the page. This will display a progress bar displaying:
- the amount of time used (in a percentage)
- the balance used (in a percentage)
You will also notice some additional information displayed under each progress bar for further contexts.
Scroll further down the page to view further information about the support category balances.
To view the information either hover over the graph or click onto it.
