Lumary PM - This article explains how to navigate a list view to find your records in Lumary PM.
When you click on a tab and navigate to some parts of the system, you'll see a list view of the records in that section. Below is an example from the Participants section. Understanding how to use a list view will help you find what you're looking for and avoid creating duplicate records.
Let's take a closer look at the layout of a list view.
The main component of the list view is the filter at the top of the page. By default, this is usually set to show the Recently Viewed list. If you're logging in for the first time, you may not see any records.
The options under this list will allow you to see all of a particular type of record.
When your list view includes a lot of records, you can use the Search this list ... field to reduce the number of options. This search will be restricted to the records in the current list. You can also click on the headings at the top of each column to sort the list. Once you've found your record, you can open it by clicking on the record's name.
To avoid creating duplicates, make sure that you've conducted a thorough search before clicking on the New button to create a new record.
