Lumary PM - This article explains how to add or change a participant's email address in Lumary PM.
There are a number of processes within Lumary PM that rely on email, so it's important to make sure that a current and valid email address has been entered for the participant for those processes to work successfully.
To add or change a participant's email address:
- Navigate to the participant's record.
- Click on the Participant Information tab and make sure you are viewing the Details tab.
- Scroll down to the Participant Contact Details section.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the Email field.
- Click into the Email field and enter the participant's email address or edit the existing email address if there is already one there.
- Click on the Save button.
