Lumary AH - This article explains how to get started with the mobile experience, including downloading the app, signing in and switching Lumary Apps to use the mobile experience.
Lumary provides a mobile experience that allows you to manage your appointments and create and update case notes with ease. The articles in this section describe how to use Lumary AH through the Salesforce App on iOS and Android mobile phone devices.
The standard desktop Lumary experience can be used on tablet devices through the browser, using Google Chrome on a Windows tablet or Safari on an iPad.

This article explains how to:
Download the Salesforce app
From your phone, tap on one of the following icons to download and install the Salesforce app.
Sign in
To log into the Salesforce app, use your usual Lumary AH credentials. Sign in with your:
- Username - your email address that you use to log into Lumary AH on a desktop browser, and
- Password - your Lumary AH password that you use to log into Lumary AH on a desktop browser.
If you haven't logged into Lumary AH before, find out how to log in and verify your account.
Set up the app to use the mobile experience
To get the most out of using Lumary AH on a mobile phone device, set up the Salesforce app to use the mobile experience. To do this, update the active app from Lumary AH to Lumary AH Mobile:
- Tap the Hamburger button.
- Select the App Launcher option
- Tap on Lumary AH Mobile.
- Tap on Lumary Mobile Home.
