Lumary AH - This article explains how to create a process template that will then be available on a client or worker record for a user to complete.
A process in Lumary enables you to monitor the progress of either a client or a worker as they work towards completing a set of tasks or a process. Examples of processes include Employee Onboarding, Client Onboarding, and Carrying out a Home Risk Assessment.
In Lumary AH, when you add processes, the system uses process templates to present options tailored to your organisation's processes. Each organisation has its own unique set of processes and procedures. To provide you with the flexibility to accommodate your specific processes, we've empowered you to create your own process templates.
