Lumary AH - The Lumary AH 7.4 release includes improvements for PACE, billing against a case note and invoice PDFs.

This release includes new features and improvements for PACE and billing against a case note, and invoice PDF updates.
PACE changes for NDIS claiming include:
- an update to the invoice generation process on NDIS extracts, and
- an update to the layout of the NDIS extract.
Case note changes include:
- an opt-in feature to use minutes on case note service delivery capture
- an added ability to capture service delivery for block funded agreements, and
- the addition of overclaim rules when recording a service delivery on case notes.
Invoice PDF changes include:
- the inclusion of Medicare referral details on the invoice PDF, and
- any credited amounts will now display on the invoice PDF.
The release also includes several bug fixes and other changes.
Invoice generation on an NDIS extract
An update has been applied to the NDIS extract invoice generation process so you are now able to create invoices for successful claims when they are subsequently approved following an Open Claim status.
This requires the re-uploading of a remittance file or a new results file to be uploaded to update the status of the Open Claim claims.
NDIS extract page layout changes
An update has been applied to the NDIS extract page layout. To improve the traceability of claims and the overall process, once results are processed, you'll now see the following tabs:

All Extract Items
- This tab lists all claims as it did and their relevant statuses.

Open Claims
- This tab will show only claims that have a current claim status of Open Claim, meaning they're in a process of approval, due to you not being an endorsed provider for this client in the PACE Portal. Once claims are updated to successful, they'll disappear from this tab.

Success/Paid Claims
- This tab will show claims that that are pending invoice generation and those that already have invoices generated.
- This tab will also highlight all invoices created against the extract.

Manage Claim Errors
- This will continue to provide an interface to manage any claim errors.

Opt-in minutes on case notes
We have added the ability for users to capture minutes when entering billing against a case note rather than capturing quantity. This makes it easier when recording time for report writing or other smaller billable activities where 10, 15 or 30 minutes can be entered easily, which reduces the cognitive load of users needing to manually calculate the quantity value.

Capture service delivery for block funded agreements on a case note
We've added the ability to record service delivered (SD) records when creating a case note for clients that are part of a block funded service agreement.
Medicare referral details on the invoice PDF
When using the Bulk Invoice Run feature and generating invoices, Lumary AH will now look at the client and retrieve an active health fund referral record when the invoice contains:
- any services using a Medicare rate type, or
- any services with related Medicare item codes.
The PDF document generated from these invoices will now display details of the referral.

Credited amounts will now display on the invoice PDF
When a credit is added to an invoice and the invoice PDF is generated, a new field has been added to the Totals section of the invoice to indicate the credited amount.

Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release:
- Appointment times on invoice PDF - Fixed an issue where the times of appointments shown in the invoice PDF were displaying in the invoice generator's timezone as opposed to the client's timezone. This now relies on the client's state being populated on the OtherState field on their client record.
- Primary contact on the client record - Primary Contact field on the client's record is now appropriately populated with the latest active client contact record that has the Primary Contact field set to true.
- Client and worker appointment calendars - New calendars on the client and worker records no longer adopt filters from the full Appointment Scheduler interface. They are now just filtered based on the worker or the client, depending on which is viewed.
- Case note billing now includes overclaim rules - Recording service delivery during the capture of a case note now supports the validation of overclaim rules on the related service agreement, when overclaim is set to Prevent.
