All appointment information on a single page (no more tabs)
Once you opt-in for the new experience, we have updated the page layout to show appointment information in a clearer way. Rather than a mass of fields and a series of tabs with related lists, the page is now liniar and shows all information without the need to click through tabs.
A new appointment summary header section shows the appointment type along with the date and time, It also shows if the appointment is part of a series and how often that series is scheduled for. We then provide any written comments or employee messages and cancellation details (if the status is cancelled). Finally we show where the appointment is occuring. All this information was on the details tab previously and required scrolling to find and interpret.

Visual indicator of billing being added
If the appointment is billable, we have also added a badge onto the summary to indicate if billing has been added for all clients on the appointment.

Activity feed of actions taken on the appointment
To make it clearer what and when certain activities occurred on the appointment, we have added an activity feed. This feed includes:
- Worker check in and out - including time and dates,
- SMS notification to clients - when automated SMS notifications were sent to a client,
- Worker travel - including time and distance travelled,
- Billing creation - shows when service delivered records were created for the appointment, and
- Invoice details - shows when an invoice was generated for the appointment, including status of the invoice and remaining balances.

Reset/Reinstate appointments
To provide better flexibility with billing on appointments and appointment management, we have removed the blockers to modifying appointments when they are in certain status', which should reduce effort for providers to correct errors.
- Reset Appointments - When appointments are Completed, In-Progress or Pending you can now take the appointment back to Rostered so you can change what is needed (service, modify times etc.) and then re-complete it.
- Reinstate Appointments - When appointments are accidentally cancelled, cancelled with the wrong details or the worker completed report writing during the cancelled appointment time - you can now take the appointment back to Rostered status and make the required changes and either re-cancel it or complete it.

Create Series and End and Create New series
After an appointment has been created, you can now more clearly turn that single appointment into an ongoing series.
After an appointment series has been created, we have now made it more clear how to end that series and create a new series pattern.

No Show Cancellations - including travel to appointment
When a therapists arrives at a client's clients home or a client doesn't arrive for their in-clinic appointment, we now provide a quick an easy way to cancel the appointment, marked as a No Show and charge the client 100% of the appointment cost.
This action also allows for the capture of any travel time to the appointment to be captured and claimed in a single action. This is also available through the phone app for a worker.

New appointment completion interface
We have provided a refreshed interface for completing an appointment, with opt-in options for capturing details relating to travelling to and from the appointment.
A new permission has been added to allow users to automatically change the end time of a session to match their actual end time, when clients are being billed based on the scheduled time. This allows for greater billing accuracy when appointments go over time.

Manage multiple processes at once on a client
No longer do you need to complete the process before starting a new one. This enable multiple clinical or functional processes to be added and tracked against a single client at once - such as an onboarding and a finance process, or a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy processes. This enables process templates to be more granular and less lengthy too.

Merging duplicate clients
We have removed the restrictions of merging duplicates when services have been delivered against duplicate clients. This is achieved with our new duplicate merging tool.

View all files associated to clients and their related records
No longer do you need to go hunting through related records to find the appropriate document or attachment. Now all files related to a client and their related records can be found and viewed in one central spot. When files are uploaded to a relevant record, such as a Service Agreement, Conenset, Assessment etc, these files show with their related categorisation, making it easy for identification.
