Lumary AH - This article explains how to manage multiple client processes on a client's profile.
Multiple processes can be added to a client. For example, if you are onboarding a Client while simultaneously conducting a Home Risk Assessment, you can add two separate 'In Progress' processes for each against the Client.
On the Processes tab on a Client’s record, you can easily view and navigate to both In Progress and Completed processes.

View and navigate to in progress processes
To View All Processes which have been against a Client:
- navigate to a Client record
- click on the Home Tab
- click on the Processes Tab
The Processes: In Progress section lists all processes which a Client has In Progress.
For each In Progress process, the following information and actions are presented:
- The process name

The number of completed Actions/Sub-Actions versus the total
-
Description of the process, if set up
-
Next Action in the process which needs to be completed

Details of who added the process and when, and who last updated the process and when

A progress bar indicating how much of the process is complete

Continue button to view the process and to use the process

End Process Button to force the completion of the process before all steps are completed
View and navigate to completed processes
Completed Processes Section lists out all processes which a Client has Completed.
For each Completed process, the following information and actions are presented:
- The process name
- The number of completed Actions/Sub-Actions versus the total
- Details of who added the process and when, and who last updated the process and when
- A visual progress bar indicating how much of the process is complete. This will always be set to 100% and Completed for Completed Processes.
- View button to view the process
