Lumary AH - This article explains the different activities shown on the appointment activity feed.
Lumary AH has introduced a new experience when viewing and modifying an appointment via the appointment page. This new experience provides you added flexibility for changing the appointment and an greater clarity and efficiency when finding information on the appointment page.

This article explains the following types of activities displayed in the activity feed of the appointment page:
- activity feed overview,
- case note created,
- automated SMS notifications,
- worker check in / out,
- worker travel to / from,
- service delivery generation,
- invoicing,
- appointment reset,
- appointment reinstated,
- call logged, and
- task added.
Activity feed overview
The Activity feed is found under the appointment summary, on the right hand side of the page. This feed updates when activities occur on the appointment, they are tracked and shown based on the dates and times that they occur. The most recent activity is shown at the top of the feed.
Case notes created
When a case note related to the appointment is created, an activity will show highlighting the creation of the case note and for which client it relates to. Clicking Case Note Added will open the case note.
Automated SMS notifications
When an automated appointment SMS or email is send via the Pendula journeys, a log of the sms being sent will be shown in the activity feed.
Worker check in / out
When a worker checks into and out of the appointment via their My Day View or through the Mobile Experience, the times and dates that they checked in and out are tracked, these are shown in the activity feed.
Worker travel to / from
If a worker has tracked their travel before or after an appointment, these are tracked and shown in the activity feed. The feed will also display the travel time and distance travelled.
Service delivery generation
The activity feed will show when the first Service Delivered record was generated. This is to help users identify that this has occurred. Clicking Service Delivereds Generated will take the user to a list of all service delivered records created for the appointment.
Invoicing
When an invoice is generated for any Service Delivered records associated to the appointment, either through the Generate Invoice button on the appointment, or through a Bulk Invoice Run - the invoice will show in the feed. It will also show the status of the invoice, the invoice total, and the amount paid.
Appointment reset
When a user decides to Reset an appointment, these activities are automatically logged and recorded against the appointment. This is to help auditing when these actions are taken.
Appointment reinstated
When a user decides to Reinstate an appointment, these activities are automatically logged and recorded against the appointment. This is to help auditing when these actions are taken.
Call logged
When a user logs a call against the appointment, this activity is shown based on when the call was created.
Task added
When a user adds a task against the appointment, this activity is shown based on when the task was created.
