This article provides an overview of the Contract Insights dashboard feature.
This feature requires at least Lumary 21.
The Contract Insights tab is available on client records. It displays and summarises key NDIS service agreement information to enable:
- more meaningful conversations with participants around budget tracking and spending, and
- faster decision making for schedulers and support coordinators.
All NDIS service agreements with a status of Current are represented on this dashboard. There are several sections under each agreement that can be expanded or collapsed as needed.
Some metrics and values are only calculated to display on the dashboard. They are not currently available for reports.
Service agreement heading row
The service agreement heading row contains key at-a-glance information, as well as enabling users to expand or collapse each service agreement.
Badges on this row indicate the agreement’s:
- funding management
- rate type, and
- client approval status. Red means that the client approved date has not been recorded, green shows that it has.
The service agreement can be viewed in a new tab using the View Service Agreement button at the end of the row.
When you click on the service agreement ID number, the view collapses or expands to show the number of days remaining for the service agreement, as well as a summary of several values. The following table shows how these values are calculated for each service agreement.
|Total Allocation||Total amount allocated to the agreement.|
|Total Delivered||Total value of all SD records that have been generated.|
|Total Committed||Total dollar value of the scheduled sessions and/or Skedulo jobs that are not yet completed.|
|Delivered Last Week||Total value of SD records generated in the previous week, Monday - Sunday.|
|Delivered This Week||Total value of SD records generated so far this week, Monday - Sunday.|
|WoW Variance||Percentage of week on week (WoW) increase or decrease in the value of SD records generated this week compared to last week.|
You can click on a Graph Statistics heading to see breakdowns of:
- SD records by month, for the last 6 months, including the current month
- SD records by claim type. SD records with a blank Claim Type field currently show as Face-to-Face, including centre capital costs (CCC), activity based transport and provider travel non-labour costs, and
- SD records by support category.
You can click on the Category Breakdown heading to list the categories on an agreement. Clicking on a category heading reveals several category values. The following table shows how each value is calculated for each category.
|Total Allocation||Total amount allocated.|
|Total Delivered||Total of the SD records that have been generated.|
|Total Committed||Total dollar value of scheduled sessions and/or Skedulo jobs that are not yet complete.|
|Total Utilised||The sum of the Total Delivered and Total Committed amounts.|
|Utilisation Percentage||The total utilised (delivered and committed) as a percentage of the total amount allocated to the category.|
