Care plans
The supplements function has been refined so that subsidies can be added using the same process as similar items and so that they will be added to the overall budget calculation.
When accessing a care plan, populated summary items are now automatically displayed.
Funding
Error checking has been improved to ensure that sessions fall within funding dates.
Funding calculator fields have been rearranged for clarity.
Mobile app
The mobile app now notifies the user when the application is unable to load and provides them with an option to log out.
Geolocation reliability has been improved.
Workers now receive an alert if they set a session to complete and do not enter a case note. A warning symbol also appears on the appointment.
Case notes can now be linked to sessions and users can switch between tasks and case notes.
Workers can now accept or decline shifts from the mobile app. The worker is also required to provide a reason for declining a shift.
Skedulo
Integration with Skedulo has been updated to accommodate NDIS cancellation requirements.
Team leaders
Team leaders can now assign workers to a primary region. This enables team leaders to view all of the workers in their region.
Bug fixes
Minor bug fixes have been applied to resolve issues affecting:
- case notes
- care plan calculations
- default date settings for sessions
- extracts and
- PDF document generation.
