Care Plans |
A button has been added to allow the care plan status to be set to current. When the status is set to current, Assessment domains and the fields under Care Plan and Budget will now be set to read only. This will prevent the unintended editing of current care plans. |
Setting the status to current will allow services to be delivered against the care plan. |
easyemployer |
Workers can now submit and view leave via the Lumary application. If leave is rejected, a reason must be included for the rejection. |
Sessions that have been deleted in easyemployer are now set back to draft status in Lumary. |
Mobile Functionality for Team Leaders |
A tab has been added to the mobile app so that team leaders can view all of the cancelled and declined shifts in their region. |
NDIS Travel and Transport |
Travel and transport terminology has been updated to better align to the requirements of the NDIS. |

Workers can now indicate that they work across multiple regions. |

How and When These Features Become Available
Lumary will install the release package into your sandbox for a piloting phase period of 6 weeks. Your organisation’s primary contact(s) will have been notified of this sandbox upgrade approximately two weeks prior to installation.
Following the sandbox period, the application upgrade will be automatically installed into your production environment, and the release will then be available to all users in your organisation. Communications will be made to primary contacts about the upcoming sandbox and production upgrades.
Consider communicating these changes to your users beforehand so that they are prepared.
