CM Mobile
Calendar indicators
The calendar in the Lumary CM Mobile app now displays a blue indicator on dates the worker has scheduled work. This helps workers quickly identify which days they have been rostered for sessions or shifts. The current date now shows in orange, and the selected date shows in pink.
Using device time zone when capturing actual date/time
The CM Mobile solution now uses the device’s local time when capturing actual date/times on all session, shift, transport, and travel records, rather than the Salesforce user time zone. This change ensures accurate time stamping, especially for Easy Employer integrated organisations with staff across multiple time zones.
Bug fixes for providers with Easy Employer integration
We’ve fixed an issue where, if a worker had multiple shifts on the same day but not all shifts included a session, the app would display an incorrect session count and show session details from the wrong date. Now, counts and details display accurately for each date, ensuring workers see the correct information.
When shift acceptance is enabled, the CM Mobile homepage has been updated so that sessions are only counted and displayed when the associated shift has been accepted. Workers will no longer see misleading session counts for shifts that are awaiting acceptance or declined. This ensures the homepage reflects only the shifts and sessions that are ready to be worked.
