Employee messages now displayed in session cards
Previously, workers only saw an icon indicating that a session contained an Employee Message. With this update, the full Employee Message now displays directly within the session card, reducing clicks/taps and ensuring important information is visible up front.
💡 What this means for you
Workers can access key session information at a glance, without needing to open additional screens. This helps improve efficiency and ensures no important updates are missed.
Session addresses displayed on homepage
We’ve fixed an issue where session addresses were not appearing on the homepage for the current or selected date. Session addresses will now display as expected, ensuring workers have the correct location details at a glance.
Start Shift button restricted to current day
We’ve updated the shift start process so that workers can now only start a shift on the actual day it is scheduled. Previously, workers were able to start shifts for past or future dates. With this improvement, the Start Shift button will only display when the shift’s start date is today, ensuring more accurate shift tracking and reduced errors.

General UI improvements for small-screen devices
We’ve made several updates to improve the user experience for workers accessing the app on smaller phone screens or devices with larger text size enabled:
-
Reduced element sizes: The Shift Name and the Start/End Shift buttons have been resized to prevent overcrowding and misaligned text.

-
Cleaner action modals: The Not Ready Yet button has been removed from all action modals (e.g. Start Shift, End Shift, Start Session). Workers can now simply close the modal if they’re not ready, reducing button clutter and improving usability.
These changes ensure a cleaner layout, better readability, and an overall smoother experience on smaller devices.
Other bug fixes
REQUIRES L24 RELEASEThe Appointment Start Threshold setting now correctly prevents workers from starting sessions scheduled for future dates outside the allowed threshold, ensuring sessions can only be started within the specified number of hours before the scheduled start time. The threshold can now be set with up to two decimal places, allowing for more precise control (e.g., 0.25 for 15 minutes). This fix will ensure that workers are not able to accidentally click start session on upcoming sessions which are scheduled for a future date.
