This article explains how to view a report that has already been created or already exists in the Lumary system.
To view a report:
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Scroll down to the FOLDERS section in the left navigation menu and click on the All Folders tab.
- Click on the name of the folder containing the report that you want to view.
- Navigate to the relevant report either by using the search bar to search for the name of the report, or by sorting using the headings above each category.
- Click on the report name text link.
- The report will open for you to view.
Reports on mobile
Simple reports can be accessed and viewed through the Salesforce mobile app. However, more complex, joined reports cannot be viewed in the Salesforce mobile app, for example, Restrictive Practice Reports.
