This article explains how to set up and manage claiming from more than one NDIS Registration Number.
The main NDIS Registration Number used in Lumary should be recorded in Lumary Settings. However, some providers may need to manage multiple registrations in their Lumary environment.
If you need to claim using more than one NDIS Registration Number, you'll need to:
- add the additional number to the site record of the sites that operate under that number, and
- use the additional number when creating NDIS extracts for claiming NDIS funds.
To add an NDIS Registration Number to a site:
- Go to the site record using the global search or by clicking on the Sites tab and searching for the site.
- Scroll down to the Identification Numbers section.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the NDIS Registration Number field.
- Add the additional registration number. If this field is blank, the system uses the number stored in Lumary Settings.
- Click on the Save button.
Repeat these steps to add the registration number to any other sites that will use it for claiming.
Make sure that users who create NDIS extracts are aware that you've set up multiple registration numbers. This is a common cause of issues when extracting NDIS services.
Once you've added an additional NDIS Registration number to one or more sites, you can use that number to create NDIS extracts. You'll be able to select the additional registration number from the NDIS Registration Number drop-down list.
