This article lists some of the settings you will need for a successful NDIS extract and claim.
To make sure your NDIS extracts lead to successful claims, there are a few settings you may need to check. The following table shows you where to find the relevant records, and what they need to include.
The table lists:
- the Lumary record type that includes the fields
- the settings that are required for a successful NDIS claim and
- how to find the record and fields in the Lumary system.

Funding Management: must be NDIA or blank. |
Click on the SAI text link at the top of the service delivered (SD) record. |

Extract Type: NDIS. |

NDIS Registration Number: must match either the number of the site where the service was delivered or the company-wide number. Selecting the company-wide number will only extract SD records that are linked to sites that don't have their own NDIS Registration Number. |

Hours Column: selects the column in the extract used for multiplying units. For example, a 1 hour and 30 minute session appears in Quantity as 1.5 or Hours as 1:30. If unsure, leave set to Quantity. |
