This article explains how to use the Lumary CM Mobile Experience to capture client signatures.
You can get a signature from the client by getting them to sign on your device screen using their finger or a stylus.
Required packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary 22 minor release 2 and later.
Permission set: Lumary - CM Mobile User and Lumary - Custom Settings
To capture a signature:
- Tap the In Progress Session to open it,
- Tap the name of the client to open the clients profile,
- Tap the Sign button,
- Capture the Signature
- Tap Save ✓ button
