This article explains how to use the Lumary CM Mobile Experience to capture case notes.
During or at the end of the session, write your session notes. Notes can be linked to just the session or also to client profiles.
Required packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary 22 minor release 2 and later.
Permission set: Lumary - CM Mobile User and Lumary - Custom Settings
To add a case note:
- Navigate to a session.
- Tap Add Note button.
- You can use your keyboard, or the voice to text feature of your phone to capture the case note text.
- Choose if you want to copy the case note to the client's profiles attending the session.
- Click Next to save the note.
