Review a client's number of NDIS cancellations

This article explains how to check the number of cancellations that a client has made against NDIS services.

If a participant is frequently cancelling an NDIS service, it may indicate an opportunity for improvement or a need to review the participant's services. To review the number of cancellations a client has made against their NDIS plan:

1. Go to the Contacts tab.
2. Navigate to your client.
3. Click on the Plans tab. You may need to click on the More dropdown to find it.

4. In the NDIA Plans section, click on the relevant plan name.

5. The number of Total Cancellations will be listed under Details.
