This article explains how to check the number of cancellations that a client has made against NDIS services.
If a participant is frequently cancelling an NDIS service, it may indicate an opportunity for improvement or a need to review the participant's services. To review the number of cancellations a client has made against their NDIS plan:
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Navigate to your client.
- Click on the Plans tab. You may need to click on the More dropdown to find it.
- In the NDIA Plans section, click on the relevant plan name.
- The number of Total Cancellations will be listed under Details.
